Cancellation Policy

At Backwoods Beauty Salon, we truly value our clients’ time and appreciate your understanding of the following policies — they help keep the schedule running smoothly and ensure fairness for everyone. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No-Shows No-shows will be charged the full base price of the missed service and will be required to pay that balance in full before booking any future appointments. These policies are in place out of respect for my time and for other clients waiting for appointments.
